A whitelisted, heavily modded Vintage Story server. Tame dragons. Build empires. Survive together.
v1.21.6 Stable · 67 Mods · WhitelistedNot just another survival server.
Draconis adds tameable dragons to the world. From hatchlings to fearsome adults, raise your own or hunt them in the wild. Combined with Feverstones Horses for mounted travel.
20+ Fauna of the Stone Age modules populate the world with elephants, rhinos, panthers, dolphins, penguins, saber-toothed cats, and more. Every biome feels alive.
The Forgotten Armory series adds Viking, Hussar, Landsknecht, Varangian, and Chinese Dynasty weapons and armor. Jousting is a thing. Yes, really.
XSkills and Specialized Classes let you develop your character with 10 skill trees and 146 abilities. Choose your path — blacksmith, hunter, farmer, or something in between.
A Culinary Artillery, Expanded Foods, Food Shelves, Stone Bake Oven, and From Golden Combs (beekeeping) make food preparation a genuine craft. Long-term food preservation adds real stakes.
RP Voice Chat built in. Talk to nearby players naturally. Coordinate, trade, tell stories around the campfire. No Discord required (but still welcome).
Rust & Railroads adds rail networks. VS Airship Mod lets you build flying machines. Stone Quarry for industrial-scale mining. Portals Reborn for fast travel between bases.
Kevin's Furniture, Chisel Tools, Carry On (pick up and move blocks), and Steady Greenhouses expand what you can build. Make it functional. Make it pretty.
15 starting classes. Each one plays differently.
When you create your character, you pick a class. Each comes with unique traits, starting gear, and XP bonuses that shape how you play. There's no "best" class — it depends on what you want to do.
Classes come from the Specialized Classes mod and integrate with XSkills for deep progression.
Warriors and smiths. Familiar with weapons and armour — both making them and using them. They thrive where the fight is.
Skilled marksmen and leatherworkers. Take out fearsome predators from a safe distance and expertly process hides into pelts and leather.
Prospectors and cave explorers. Always chasing the glimmer of precious metals, pickaxe in one hand and a pan in the other.
Cultivators and masters of agriculture. A single patch of wild crop can become swathes of grain, feeding entire villages.
Beekeepers and herbalists. Gather ingredients for cures from grass in a pinch. Propagate flowers to keep bees happy for quality medicine.
Woodcutters and carpenters. Gather lumber sustainably, always enough saplings to replace what's cut. Carve wood into useful materials.
Cooks and, well, butchers. Know better than anyone how to make most of a carcass. Skilled at harvesting monsters too.
Tinkerers and engineers. From intricate mechanisms to massive mechanical power systems, always happy to tinker.
Lorekeepers and archeologists. Handle cracked vessels with utmost care. Their attunement to the past wards off temporal instability.
Merchants and rogues. Former criminals whose skills never left them. Wild beasts and monsters nearly ignore them as they plunder ruins.
Laborers and stonemasons. Smash through rock with heavy hands, often splitting it off whole. Craft building materials from stone.
Excavators and potters. Terraform swathes of land, claiming the earth's bounties. Shape clay into building materials and useful ceramics.
Pathfinders and couriers. Lay and maintain roads between points of interest, then travel between them to deliver items and spread notices.
Weavers and clothiers. Weave usable fibers from even the crudest grass, refine them into clothing both practical and pretty.
Winemakers and foragers. Appreciate the finer things but get by fine from nature, often foraging while waiting on drinks to ferment.
11 skill trees. 146+ abilities. Level up by doing.
XSkills gives every player a progression system. As you do things — fight, mine, farm, cook — you earn XP in that skill and unlock abilities. Your starting class gives you XP bonuses in certain trees, but you can level anything. Some abilities are exclusive (pick Swordsman or Archer, not both), so every character ends up different.
The biggest tree. Choose a weapon specialization — Swordsman, Archer, or Spearman — each excludes the others. Branch into Tank/Defender/Guardian for frontline toughness, or Vampire/Bloodlust for aggressive lifesteal. Drunken Master gets stronger while drunk. Monster Expert learns enemy weaknesses.
Mine faster and smarter. Vein Miner breaks connected ore blocks. Geologist identifies what's nearby. Blaster unlocks explosive mining. Crystal Seeker and Gemstone Miner find rare materials others miss.
Green Thumb improves crop yield. Crossbreeding lets you create new plant varieties. Beekeeper → Beemaster progression for honey production. Cultivated Seeds improves seed quality over generations.
Become the server's go-to blacksmith. Master Smith produces higher-quality tools. Duplicator occasionally produces extra ingots. Salvager recovers metal from broken tools. Automated Smithing speeds up the anvil.
The animal handler's path. Hunter for tracking. Breeder for livestock. Tanner/Furrier for leather and furs. Mass Husbandry lets you manage larger herds efficiently. Light Footed — animals don't spook as easily around you.
Turn meals into real buffs. Gourmet makes food more nutritious. Happy Meal grants mood bonuses from eating. Well Done improves cooked food quality. Even Desalinate — remove salt from water.
General toughness and mobility. Sprinter/Steeplechaser for speed. Strong Back for extra carry weight. Cat Eyes for seeing in the dark. Meteorologist predicts weather. Soulbound Bag keeps a bag on death.
Lumberjack chops faster. Tree Nursery speeds up sapling growth. Charcoal Burner produces more charcoal per burn. Resin Extractor gathers resin from trees.
The patient crafter's tree. Infallible prevents pottery from cracking. Jackpot occasionally doubles output. Inspiration unlocks unique decorative patterns.
For the dirt enthusiasts. Gold Digger finds rare items while digging. Scrap Specialist recovers useful items from rubble. Clay/Peat/Saltpeter specializations for resource gathering.
The weirdest tree. Unique to Vintage Story's temporal mechanics. Temporal Stable resists temporal storms. Shifter can phase through dangers. Fast Forward speeds up nearby block ticks. Timeless — the ultimate temporal mastery.
